Before diving into the second half of the book, we play catch up after a couple of weeks away from Hebrews. It’s important to remember that though we divide the book up into sizable pieces and sermons in our study, it is a singular work meant to convey particular encouragement(s) or exhortation(s). At a time when many are deconstructing their faith, the writer of Hebrews calls us to hold fast to our confession and gives us a means to that end.
