Thank you so much to everyone who came to our annual Youth Family Camp and Canoe Trip! It was an awesome weekend filled with laughter, fun, and some amazing backflips into the pond. A special shoutout to Lilly, who is now officially a living legend!
We are especially grateful to the Pretto Family for hosting us again and making everyone feel welcome. Although the weather on Saturday was not perfect, we still had a great time tackling the Au Sable River together. It was wonderful to see everyone having fun and making new memories. Thank you again to everyone who joined us. I hope even more of you can come next year!

Does your family love roller coasters or racing down water slides? Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores offer something for everyone, so we're looking forward to a great time! This is a churchwide event; everyone is welcome!
We plan to meet up at the church EARLY on Friday, August 14th, carpool down to the park, and return late that evening. We know intense rides aren't for everyone; that's why we will have a group heading to Cedar Point Shores Waterpark and another group catching the coasters at Cedar Point. We will plan to bring food for lunch, and you will need to grab dinner in the park or on our way home for the night. With a group discount, tickets for Cedar Point will be $47 and tickets for Cedar Point Shores will be $42. You can select which park you'd like to go to when you click the registration tab. Please register by August 12th so that we can purchase tickets and make transportation arrangements. If you have any questions, please reach out to TJ Marshall. We hope to see you there!

Find your tribe and compete in challenges, puzzles, and classic field games. Tribes will compete for the coveted Golden Tiki Torch, and then the day wraps up with a massive color war, so come prepared to get completely covered. Bring your friends, grab a white shirt, and come hang out!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll finish our Season in the Psalms series. Exploring the Psalms together has been meaningful, and we’re looking forward to ending well. In September, we’ll start a new teaching series about what it means to have a Biblical Worldview. This series will show how God’s Word can shape how we see every part of life. We hope it leads to meaningful discussions and helps our students think about the world from a biblical perspective. I’m excited to learn and grow with you as we dig into these important topics together!
It’s an incredible privilege to pray for our students, and this month’s parent resource is all about helping us do just that. I’m excited to share an article with practical ways we can pray for our teens as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of this season. I hope you find it encouraging and helpful as you disciple your young people.
