Adult Bible Fellowship Class at Sunrise Baptist Church

Jars of Clay Adult Bible Fellowship: At Sunrise, we use the Adult Bible Fellowship model for our adult Sunday School program. This model entails multiple leadership roles that enhance the incorporation of individual gifts into the church body and promote spiritual growth among the members.In the Jars of Clay class, we strive to use this model to allow believers to get assimilated into the Sunrise body, and use their gifts to carry out the Sunrise mission: To Know Christ and to Make Him Known. We are always on the lookout for individuals and couples who are interested in serving in various class leadership positions.

On a typical Sunday morning, we have a short period of fellowship and sharing that includes an "ice breaker", a time of sharing of prayer needs and lifting up those needs in a time of prayer, followed up with a discussion based Bible study on a Biblical topic. For the most part we use the LifeWay series of adult Bible study, but also from time to time we'll take a break from the normal flow of things and do a Biblical based video series.
